We are honoured and beyond excited to celebrate the launch of Chef Michael Hunter’s new cookbook: The Hunter Chef Cookbook: Hunt, Fish, and Forage in Over 100 Recipes. Chef Michael Hunter is a kindred spirit of ours; with his inspired tastes and passion for the endless bounty the land provides us with. A respected wild-game chef, and co-owner of Antler restaurant, Chef Hunter’s new cookbook is a collection of flavouful recipes, butchery guides and stunning photography.
On Monday, October 5th, we will be hosting a special dinner with Chef Hunter, featuring dishes from the book, as well as other exciting game dishes. Join us for an evening of inspired tastes and True North sustenance! For $90, you will enjoy four courses, drink pairings and welcome snacks. Interested in getting your hands on the cookbook before it goes on sale? For an additional $34, you can bring home a signed copy of The Hunter Chef Cookbook!
