As winter comes to a close, we’re excited to welcome a fresh, new season!
Sip and savour Ontario’s spring flavours with Chef Tom Wade’s four-course menu, highlighting some of the province’s finest seasonal ingredients, including Tamarack Farms lamb, Berkshire pork terrine and a Sugar Shack pavlova. Each delicious course is paired with Head Brewer Manfred Delecroix’s new beer releases, including a welcome brew upon arrival.
