Join us on Saturday, September 23rd from 3-9pm as we cook up some serious competition with special guests Bob D’Ambrosio, Binit Pandey from O&B Yonge & Front, Nathália Furtado from Catalyst Kitchen & Cocktails, and Luma’s Tom Wade and crown this year’s Uncle Jack’s Full Rib Champion in honour of our late friend and colleague Jacky Lo.
Taste a variety of finger-licking-good ribs like St. Louis Pork Ribs or the unique Dill Pickle Pork Belly Ribs and cast your vote for your favourite to win the coveted Ribfest champion title and championship belt!
So send September off right and join us for a special menu of mouth-watering eats, cold beer and a healthy dose of competition. The battle is on!
