Chef Ryan Lister has taken BBQ and pizza to the next level with his Toronto Smoked Meat-za ($22), loaded with 10-hour smoked brisket, tomato, fior di latte, basil, yellow mustard, and hot peppers.
To get those Insta-worthy CNE treats filling up your timelines once again, he’s also brought back the S’mores Funnel Cake ($9)—made with Big Rock’s spent grain (the leftover malt from beer making, for you non-beer nerds) in the graham cracker batter (yes, you read that correctly), cooked to golden perfection, and topped with creamy vanilla ice cream, toasted marshmallows and an LC-sized drizzle of chocolate sauce! It truly is the perfect Canadian-campfire-meets-carnival-fun treat!
