Kick off the night with a welcome pint before diving into a delicious four-course dinner paired with a combo of Big Rock and Beau’s beers. Celebrating the seasonal flavours of Ontario, chef Ryan Lister has worked closely with 100km Foods to prepare a menu highlighting some of the province’s best farmers and suppliers, including King Cole duck, Stonecroft Farms pork belly and Osprey Bluffs honey.
As you sip and savour each course, Big Rock’s Brewing Manager Dan Ellis and Beau’s Brewmaster Matthew O’Hara will speak to the crowd about the inspiration behind each beer pairing. Whether you’re a casual fan or total beer fanatic, we bet you’ll soak up a fun fact or two!
Date: Wednesday, October 30th, 2019
Time: Welcome brew at 6:30pm, followed by dinner at 7pm
Where: Liberty Commons at Big Rock Brewery (42 Liberty St., Toronto)
What: A welcome pint, followed by a four-course dinner with 12oz beer pairings
Price: $60 (includes tax and gratuity) per person
